Join our in-person training combining research and case studies from the local area to better understand the customer experience of retrofit.
As part of the YorEnergy project, BE-ST is developing four e-learning modules to upskill retrofit professionals and community champions. This in-person session will allow you to take part in the first two of these modules, focusing on the people aspect of retrofit.

What is the Retrofit One Stop Shop York?
With Innovate UK's Net Zero Living programme funding, local partners have come together to create a Retrofit One Stop Shop. The one stop shop aims to facilitate retrofitting homes with low-carbon measures, improve the householder experience and contribute to better energy efficiency standards across the city. As part of the programme, BE-ST has been appointed to create accessible online learning material for retrofit professionals and community champions in York.
